Paris II Louvre

I guessed I have mre pictures from Paris.
The most fun part was going to Louvre to see everything in person.
All the stuff I studied in Art History is finally paying off. haha

I love this effeminate sculpture of an adolescent boy, probably from Greek myth.
I was mesmerized by Empress Josephine's dress. So scintilating, yet simple and elegant!
"God, I want his outfit!" was what I thought when I first saw Jacques Louis David's self-portrait.
What draws me about this is his quizzical expression.
And here is a much younger looking Josephine in Coronation ceremony.
This painting was HUGE! It took me a while to absorb the whole scene.
It's fascinating how I can't seem to find a trace of brushstroke in this work.
